Change Management Specialist

This enterprise organization is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the Atlassian Implementation project.  This position will require someone who has related project and change management experience.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Plan and implement change management activities to support project roll out
  • Draft communication messages (key messages / FAQ)
  • In conjunction of project team, plan and implement the training sessions to support project roll out
  • Support post project adoption
The Change Management Specialist will be embedded within the Project Management team and will work closely with Customer Service and Communications and various subject matter experts (SME’s) throughout The Corporation. This role will also liaise with external vendors and stakeholders.
Project Scope & Objectives
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to plan and implement change management activities
  • Create change management plan, communications plan, training plan
  • Draft key communication messages
  • Support the development of train the trainer program
  • Implement all change management activities to increase awareness and adoption rates
  • Support post project launch

Essential Skills
  • A University Degree in Business with more than 5 years of progressive experience, including more than 3 years of related project and change management experience
  • Proven experience in planning and executing change management tactics to support technology roll out
  • Experience in drafting targeted communication messages to create awareness and increase adoption rates
  • Experience with training design and delivery
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
